Challenge Description

This challenge is about building the necessary stamina to cope with the long duration of a chess game. You have to exercise at least three times per week doing any sport you like or any exercise. For example if you enjoy playing football like Carlsen then go for it or you can go for light jogging or running. Exercises can vary from short warm ups followed by ab crunches, leg squats and push-ups to running a semi-marathon. Anything goes as long as it is a body exercise that can help you in your game.
